In order to receive SMS messages from an application, you must first subscribe to the service, and then respond to a confirmation message. You will not receive unsolicited messages from us. You are free to cancel mobile messaging from an application at your discretion.
We will not provide your mobile number to advertisers. You will only receive advertisements if you respond to an SMS message using a specific trigger. You will not receive unsolicited full advertisements to your mobile telephone. However, all messages must be sent through your mobile carrier's network and your carrier may have access to them. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of information, please consult your carrier's privacy policy.
Zeep Mobile may disclose the mobile number used by you to access the Service and/or other personally-identifiable information in order to comply with court orders, information requests from government agencies and regulators and other legal and regulatory processes.
Zeep Mobile collects personal information like current location (discerned from your IP address and area code), and birth date. We will not sell or rent your sensitive or personally identifiable information to any third party. We do aggregate personally identifiable information and disclose such information to advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes. However, we do not disclose to these advertisers any information which could be used to personally identify you.
We compile your interests based on both the mobile messages you receive from applications, and by the types of applications that you use. Zeep Mobile is committed protecting the safety of its users, and uses birth date information so as to not send inappropriate content to minors. Your information is audited and analyzed in order to maintain and improve our services, and to develop new services. We also collect this information to make sure that you do not receive unwanted advertising content. Zeep Mobiles stores information about you in a personalized profile so that you receive only relevant advertising content. Zeep Mobile also retains data on your responses to advertisements.
